Was at Michelle's wedding banquet at the newly opened Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong, and the place with the most interesting composition, lighting... was the ladies' bathroom. :P
Still packing away... but seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. (Am also armed with huge #@$%-off roll of bubble wrap. :P)

Mmm, mirrors.
(And, I now note, a number of elements repeated horizontally. Neat juxtaposition.)
Regarding bathrooms: I was at a restaurant like that, once. High price tag, with fairly ordinary decor in the main eating area, but the (single-person) men's room was startlingly nice. Tiny track lighting provided warm illumination and focused attention on the sink, which was a converted washbasin (antique-looking), with stones, sand, and a few dried flowers decorating it...and other touches I can't remember. Overall, the effect was striking. (And made me wonder why they hadn't paid as much attention to the rest of the place. :P )
Good luck with the packing and bubble-wrap. :) Where are you moving *to*?

Now that's real photography. Taking me bodly where no man has gone before! [Sorry, could not resist :D]
Ah, Darker, to our great joy, she's moving *here*! :)
I've been shooting into mirrors a *lot*. I think I just like 'em. :P And re:bathrooms, I always tend to use that as something of an internal restaurant/hotel/venue rating gauge thing. I think of it as a secondary, auxilary experience. It's so nice to walk into a nicely decorated restroom... (Am I crazy or what??)
And the answer to your question is:
New York City. :P
