Have you heard Has Been?
I've heard of it, but I haven't heard it. (Except for clips in iTunes...) Have you? What do you think? I do have one song that's Folds/Shatner, "In Love," cos I got the Folds iTunes Originals tracks. It's a bit creepy... though the lyrics/the guy depicted in the song is supposed to be a bit creepy. I just remember the Star Trek episode on Futurama fondly... Shatner spoken word-rap!
In other news, I just watched Episode 1 of Mahoro. This is exactly the kind of thing I don't watch of my own volition (like I said, combat android cute girl weapon of war puts on maid costume to work for middle school boy omgthenosebleed), but the countdown of doom at the end of the ep gives me hope. That and your recc! Btw, have you read/watched Chobits? I don't know how the anime is, I didn't watch it, I just read the manga. Isn't a huge huge impact kind of thing, but... *interesting*... and rather entertaining and cute and touching in bits... Also, Saishuu Heiki Kanojo (seems like the English is just the Japanese shortened name "Saikano" but title means "She/Girlfriend, The Ultimate Weapon")? <-- I watched just a few eps of this... rather depressing...
