a walk in the park

(November, 2006. Central Park, New York.)

In other news, am sick. Don't want to sleep, want to be productive, but woozy. x_x

*hugs* Hope you feel better soon!

And ooo, that picture's neat. The first few times I looked at it, my mind insisted on seeing a monk cowled in dark fabric standing at the bottom of the flight, throwing twin unnatural shadows against the flow of light. Now, I see your shadow down the stairs, legs stretched, cutting through the sun-edges of each step. Either way, it's pretty cool-looking. :)

Thanks Eric! I'm not severely ill, just sick enough to really not feel well, but not so sick that I can't force myself to run errands if I needed to... and it's taking it's sweet time to go away. -_-;

Glad you like the picture! That was the single nice fall day I had in New York this year, I feel. Am glad I decided to take a walk in Central Park... though I did miss the Edward Hopper exhibit at the Whitney (was gonna go after the Park, but the friend I was meeting was done with stuff early... and now it's gone).
