Gladys -- I miss Hong Kong food often. Not that I'm starving here, but it's just not the same. And now you have me craving tea time in Hong Kong...

Bill -- It's made of egg white and milk and other things and steamed, so it's this soft pudding thing, sweet and milky and happy. My mom took me there when I was in elementary school, I guess it's like the Hong Kong version of an old diner, the steamed milk pudding is its specialty. It's been in business since my mom was a student and she went there too. It's just one of those places that feels like home.

Miyu -- You know what, I don't know if you can get it in LA... maybe? I never looked for it, cos even in Hong Kong, this is the only place I like for this pudding. When I crave it, I crave the pudding from this store and this store only, if I ate it in LA or anywhere else, I'll probably hate it, so I never searched for it outside of Hong Kong. :P
